2. Checkout in paypal and pay for your service
3. Phone 07 5426 8298 the office or Email the office to organise your booking info@amandadewarren.com - email the confirmation of your payment (transaction ID), days and times that suit you

Please be aware sometimes Amanda can be booked out a month ahead. If phoning the office please call only from Tuesday to Thursday between 9am & 4pm. Email bookings will be dealt with on a daily basis except weekends.

Please be aware that there maybe a small surcharge added if your reading is out of general office hours
Gift Vouchers - Please be aware that ALL gift vouchers must be organise and paid for no less than 10 days before the event that the gift voucher is to be given for.
Booking times agreement If you are booked at a specific time and do not call or turn up at your specified booking time and are late then your time is forfeited. e.g. if your booking is for 10am until 11am and you call at 10.15am your reading is still until 11am.
Payment for your reading needs to be made at least 1 week prior to the reading. If we do not receive the payment and have not heard from you then we assume you are not having the reading and it shall be cancelled.
Please call/turn up at the time you have been given as Amanda’s schedule is always very busy and generally there are readings booked one after the other.
The phone call for the reading is made from you to Amanda unless you have made other arrangements including a voucher or payment for her to call you.
When booking with credit card/paypal please leave a contact number or let us know you have already booked by giving the time and date on the instructions. We appreciate your co operation.
All readings are recorded on a cd and the cd is then sent to you.
Do not under any circumstances call the 8888 reading line unless you are booked at that time as it is very distracting for Amanda to hear beeps while conducting a reading for another client.
Write down your questions I would always suggest writing a list of questions you may want to ask Amanda during your reading and make sure you remember to ask them all by the time your reading has concluded. Amanda is not able to answer any questions you may have forgotten a few days later as she is booked up with other appointments. If you forget to ask some questions then you will need to rebook a follow up reading for 15 minutes or 30 minutes.
When paying into the bank account you MUST use the date of your reading and initials as your reference number.
DURATION of your reading cannot be changed by you after your booking has been made. e.g if you book a half hour reading and decide you want to have and pay for a full hour your reading will be postponed as this causes extreme chaos in the office.
For pet communications, your pet does not need to be with you at the time of connection with Amanda.
No information is to be given regarding the reading when making a booking as Amanda prefers she hears it from the loved ones connecting.
Cancellation Policy unfortunately this process has had to be set in place. If you cancel your booking you need to give 5 days notice otherwise cancellation charges may apply if we are unable to fill your appointment. If you have booked and paid and do not call at your designated time you will be cancelled and no refund will be issues.
Amanda does not require any information or photos from you prior to your booking.
